Frequently Asked Questions

What are the ingredients in e-liquids?

E-liquids essentially contain three ingredients: propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), flavor concentrate and, if desired:
Nicotine in various strengths with 0-3-6-9-12 mg/ml or 10-20 mg/ml (nicotine salt) concentration.

All e-liquids must be stored out of reach of children. If poisoning is suspected, we recommend calling the Poison Control Center immediately and having the product packaging ready.

What are VG and PG?

Propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG) are the bases that form the foundation of your e-liquid. When we talk about e-liquid, these bases have different effects that must be mixed correctly to create the ideal e-liquid. PG – Propylene glycol is a good flavor carrier and, when used in the right amount, provides a pleasant tickle in the throat. The more PG, the more flavor. VG – Vegetable glycerin is responsible for the vapor. The more VG, the more vapor. By mixing these two bases, you can create e-liquid exactly the way you want it.

What is an e-cigarette and how does it work?

An e-cigarette heats a special liquid and converts it into vapor. It typically consists of a battery, tank/pod, and atomizer head. Pressing the fire button vaporizes the liquid and inhales it.

The basics of vaping: How to do it right!

When vaping, it's recommended to draw evenly and slightly deeper. This ensures a richer flavor. Unlike with tobacco cigarettes, short, hasty draws are less effective.

What is the difference between MTL and DTL?

  • MTL (Mouth to Lung): Vapor first into the mouth, then into the lungs – less vapor, low consumption, ideal for beginners.
  • DL (Direct to Lung): Vapor delivered directly to the lungs – more vapor, more intense flavor, higher consumption, more suitable for advanced users.

Vaping liquids with or without nicotine: What is the best choice?

Liquids are available with different nicotine strengths.
• 0 mg/ml: Enjoyment without nicotine
• 10 mg/ml: for moderate smokers
• 20 mg/ml: for heavy smokers or those starting to switch

The right choice depends on individual needs.

What is the difference between longfill and shortfill?

  • Longfill: Bottle with aroma, which is supplemented with base and nicotine (more freedom and individualization).
  • Shortfill: Almost ready-to-use liquid, only nicotine (1 nicotine shot) can be added. This makes it ready for immediate use, but less flexible.

What are the ingredients in the longfill?

A longfill contains only flavor. Only when topped with base (PG/VG) and, if necessary, nicotine shots, does it become a vapeable liquid.

How does a longfill work?

The bottle is only partially filled with flavor. You fill it with base and, if necessary, nicotine shots. Some flavors require a maturation period before they develop their full aroma.

What are nicotine shots?

Nicotine shots are small bottles containing high-dose nicotine (e.g., 10 or 20 mg/ml). Bases or flavorings are added to them to achieve the desired nicotine level.

What is the difference between traditional nicotine and nicotine salt?

  • Classic nicotine (freebase): Strong throat hit, slower onset.
  • Nicotine salt: Gentler on the throat, pleasant even at high strengths, works faster and more effectively.
